How to request a refund for SeasonCast Premium

If your SeasonCast Premium Subscription has recently started or been renewed, but you find yourself no longer wanting to maintain it, we advise taking action before your next subscription renewal date. This includes either turning off the auto-renewal feature or outright canceling the subscription. If you recently had a renewal or started a subscription, here's how you can request a refund, depending on where you made your purchase:

 

For purchases made on Apple Devices: Apple handles the subscription management and refund processes independently. To request a refund or manage your subscription, you need to go through Apple's system. This can be done by opening your device's settings, tapping on your Apple ID, and then selecting 'Subscriptions'. Here, you'll find your SeasonCast subscription, where you can manage or cancel it. For refunds, you'll need to contact Apple App Support directly through their support website or by navigating through the 'Report a Problem' section in your purchase history.

 

For purchases made on Android Devices via Google Play Store: Like Apple, Google manages its own subscription and refund processes. To request a refund, open the Google Play Store app on your device. Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines), and then select 'Subscriptions'. Find your SeasonCast subscription and select 'Manage'. You can cancel it here, and to request a refund, use the 'Help and Feedback' option in the Play Store or visit the Google Play support website to submit a refund request.

 

For Purchases made on SeasonCast.com: Purchases directly through our website adhere to the Terms of Service, which generally treat SeasonCast Premium Subscriptions as final sales. However, our policy typically allows for refunds within a few days of the subscription's renewal or initial purchase. We will assess your refund request, considering factors like usage and the time since renewal. Please note, SeasonCast reserves the right to deactivate your account if a refund is processed for an active subscription. For refund requests, visit seasoncast.com/broadcaster/refund.
